Restaurant L'Oisillon

Staying next door at the hotel owned by the same people, we had a large group meal with a set menu. It was by far the best we'd had so far and was beautifully prepared and both good quality and quantity. They dealt with vegetarian requests well and prepared a tasty and good quality meal that wasn't boring.Served quickly and cleared promptly.

This was our first night in France. Food in here it just melted in your mouth. From starters to dessert was enjoyable. Price were really good too. customer service was great too. Will come back to this restaurant with not doubt

On our journey back towards Calais, we had to stop over at a Logis(Hotel Ribotel), which is next door to the L'Oisillon restaurant. We booked a table via the hotel, and were very pleasantly surprised with the welcome and the standard of food in the restaurant.Our food was freshly cooked, and very delicious. The staff were amazing as they had two large parties going on in the restaurant, a party of 20+ in an anti room, and another party of 20+ actually in the main restaurant room. They seemed to cope with ease and a smile.I had a pate starter which was very good, followed by a steak, which was tasty and very well cooked. My husband had the fish, which was cooked to perfection and the vegetables were served hot and fresh.It was a popular venue as locals were coming and going all evening, along with those staying in the hotel.If in the area, look out for this place, it is well worth it.

This restaurant is located very close to the parc des oiseaux....it has a big main room and a nice terrasse. The food is very good, big portions and price is very reasonable. It is definitely a place to eat when you are in the area!
