Got the wrong order at drivein. Chicken was greasy. Cold fries.
Food was not fresh even though we had to wait over half an hour for our food... Seemed like plenty of staff but no hustle or motivation.
Chicken sandwich was cold, probably hours old. Floor was very greasy.
When I get fresh chicken (rarely) the food is DELICIOUS. However, I ALWAYS have poor service. The employees are very unhappy, wait is sometimes as long as 5 minutes just to place the order, and employees seem bothered by customers' presence/desire to order food.I do not know what goes on behind closed doors, at corporate, but they must be TOTALLY out of the loop on operations. This applies to EVERY KFC I patronize. Do they need to pay employees more? Why can't they retain employees? For the cost of their product I would think they would hire GREAT people, give incentives or whatever. I hope KFC figures out what the problem(s) are because I'm on the verge of getting chicken from other restaurants...and there are many of them. Sad though because I love their chicken.
