We used to love getting tripe soup and chicken soup from the previous owners, as it was excellent. However, the new owners now serve chicken soup without any chicken—just pasta and carrots, with NO chicken at all. As for the tripe soup, it’s hard and chewy. It's time to either improve the quality or rethink your approach!
