We drove up to the drive-thru and saw three cars ahead of us waiting for their food. They took our order fairly quickly, but when we checked the screen, it showed only half of the correct items. When I asked the girl about it, she was quite rude, saying, "I know, that's just a lot to change. I'll just let the kitchen know," with a nasty attitude. We ended up waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru for our food. While the food itself was great, the attitude was definitely disappointing.
