Dunkin' - Village of Herkimer

Service is always slow here. Food was very good. Atmosphere it was a dunking no expectations

Excellent atmosphere and employees have an amazing sense of humor!

I ordered half dozen donuts, only asked for 1 to be old fashioned for a toddler who likes to make messes was trying to avoid that I then said surprise me on the other 5. Well I sure was surprised when I opened the box. I do not like these I will not eat them I am super upset next time I will specify but I’ve done this before and never had this issue I feel it was lazy

My girlfriend had her shirt ruined there by a careless employee making drinks. She left her info and waited. Nothing. So went back, and they aren't giving her full value, nor giving her the money directly as they said they would. Now it has to go to corporate. 2 different managers, 2 different stories. Then to add insult to injury, they made her pay for her 3 dollar order. Very poor customer service. And yes, I work in customer service, so I know how to handle things of that nature. Very poor service there.

This was the worst experience I 've ever had at this Dunkin '. Not gonna say names, but the worker Jacqulynn, deserves to be fired. We pulled up to the drive thru, we asked for our drinks and when we asked for Munchkins, she said oh, we dont have those. so I was like ok, I 'll ask for something else. I asked for a normal $1 donut with chocolate frosting and sprinkle, guess what she said? sorry we don 't have any of those. So, I asked for just a normal $1 donut, and she said uhm, they aren 't $1, they 're $1.90.. and so someone in my car said well, the sign says they 're $1. and she said absolutely nothing. So, we asked for 4 random donut. She gave us 4 plain donuts and we got charged $7.60 for it. My daughter tree r asked for 1 pump of coconut in her drink, and she got 3 shots of it.
