Barely any pasta, you could actually see the bottom of the bowl... over cooked, cheey braziole (not fresh). Meatballs meh, one sausage cut in half, stale taste. Sauce looked over cooked. Fried Calamari appetizer chewy... not worth it. Clearly no care in making the food good.
Everything was perfect. Food came out timely and we were a party of 7. Service was wonderful and we were seated immediately upon arriving. Have been here before and will be coming back again.
This past Memorial Day weekend as per my wife and I recommendation we met with another couple that we’ve known for 45 years as a halfway point to meet and eat. The food was beyond overcooked and the calamari appetizer we ordered was like chewing rubber. Everyone’s main dishes were the same way and none of us finished our food or brought anything home. Maybe because it was Memorial Day weekend our server was not friendly or easy-going. It was our first time ever eating at this restaurant and my wife and I feel very bad about recommending it to our friends.
This was the first time dining at Seventh Street Cafe. Beautiful decor and great service. Very good quality food. Looking forward to our next visit. Already telling friends about this restaurant!
Atmosphere reminds me of old 80’s maybe early 90’s style. But doesn’t look bad. Food was subpar compared to other restaurants in the area. Coke antipasto left a lot to be desired. I had chicken and shrimp , which was good . My wife had stiff chicken , which was overcooked and dry. Service was a little on slow side , but waiter was nice. Way better restaurants in area, unfortunately would not come back.
