Kick'n Chicken - Village of Farmingdale

Don't like to be the bearer of bad news, but this location seems to be out of business.

Please don't re-open. Your staff is historically terrible at customer service. You're food is historically inconsistent. The ambiance is literally the only good thing you've ever produced. I remember your original owner being a wildly unprofessional buffoon. Since he's left you haven't improved at all. Please just don't re-open

So let me tell you about Kick 'n Chicken ..... I love a good Nashville Hot sandwich and this place does not joke around when it comes to their levels of heat. I ordered the Hot AF sandwich , and was definitely impressed by their take on hot AF . And although I love hot , I am glad I did not go for the top tier of hot. The chicken was good, although not quite as tender or as crispy as I was hoping for, but it did fill a void. They also offer tender as well as buffalo style and Korean style as well bNow I go to a place out east that I hold all other chicken ? sandwiches in comparison to. This is a level below that one, but worth a try if you 're in the mood for a good sandwich.

Stay aware from this place at all costs. Number 1 staff is awful! 2 they don’t even know their operations. 3 food inconsistent.I tried to order food online at 6:30 pm while I waited for my daughters dance class to end. Their online ordering was down. Tried multiple times. I walk in their at 7:55, maybe 8pm. They said their kitchen was closed. The girl upfront was so rude when I told her the online ordering was down for over an hour. The food is ok, very inconsistent. Staff is horrible. As an owner of a restaurant, I do not like doing this. I don’t like crapping on other restaurants but this place gave me the worst experience and it’s not the first time. Restaurants are in the hospitality industry. You cater to your customers no matter what. That does not happen here. Avoid this place. Plenty of other places on the strip that will serve you and have better food.
