Seaway Grille - Village of Clayton

A delicious dinner served by a beautiful new waitress, Brie! Although we were one of their first guests, she was welcoming, friendly and made our culinary experience great. The food was so good, starting with the roasted Calamari, do not crack fat, crabcake sandwich and the black swordfish, both so delicious! A short holiday from Montreal! And to visit a nice hotel with excellent staff!

Our meal was absolutely delicious and cheap. We took the Calamari and Zeasarsalat as appetizers and followed with lobster rolls. The portions were generous. The food was delicious and the service was friendly and efficient. Very recommended.

I feel like this restaurant is very underestimated. During our stay at the hotel we have dined here on Tuesday night. We were able to call around 4:30 a.m. and reservations for outdoor dining at 6:30 a.m. without any problems. Sitting under the Pergola offers great views. The service was great and the best we received in the whole area of Thousand Island. The wrong salmon really hit it out of the park and was their best dish. The chicken parmesan and house salad were also very appetizing. If you stay here, I think it's worth checking.

We spent the day in Clayton to return some family roots and decided to eat on the terrace overlooking the river. The food was good. The reason I gave these 5 stars was the special service of Kareem. His pleasant demeanor and wild humor made our day in Clayton! He made us feel like we shared the terrace with the family. We will return soon and hope that Kareem will be there with his gracious service and wonderful smile. He's a holder, the guy, and he'll be successful. Forever a fan.
