Wendy's - Village of Brockport

Waited for 23 minutes just to be handed a frosty (I ordered a biggie bag and cinnamon delights) the guy takes 10 minutes to figure out our order then comes back and says “what did you order” we finally just give the receipt and he tells us that’s not our order we tell him that the receipt is correct. Finally get the food open the burger, there is no cheese and it’s black. Absolutely never again

Not only the worst wendys ever, probably the worst fast food restaurant location ever. 35+ min wait no matter when or what. Food has never been fresh. Employees are very rude.

I ordered a spicy crispy chicken in the Drive-Thru they told me the pull forward and wait I pull forward and waited about 10 minutes I assume the food would have came out hot and fresh on the other hand hell no the food came out cold and chicken sandwich had to be at least 3 days old hard as a brick my opinion they need new management

Terrible service, always get pulled forward for drive thru,cold food, very long wait times.today was the last chance I will give them.

This place is awful 45 minutes for a $5 mobile order I placed 10 min before I arrived … I hate this
