Domino's Pizza - Village of Brewster

I absolutely hate the automated call service. You can?t get hold of anyone live on the phone. It just repeats itself over and over. Delivery service from this location has definitely gotten worse over time. I think, I?m done ordering from here. Going togive my business to local Pizza shops from now on.

Made a review when they first opened, they were okay up until now, this is twice now that I order for delivery and they tell me ?they don?t do deliveries because there are no drivers because they go home early? I worked dominos before in mahopac and theyalways had at least 2 drivers until they closed and they don?t put on the app that they aren?t doing deliveries and they?vedone that before. Poor management, such a shame!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. They took forever to deliver my order and the ETA just kept getting later and later. When I called to inquire, they were not helpful AT all!! If you want pizza delivered promptly, never order from here!!!!

Ordered a contactless delivery. It was for 3 pies. All 3 pizzas where cold. The driver would not leave the property until I signed the receipt so it was not contactless like I stated. When I called the kid told me there is nothing he can do since themanager wasn't there for a few. He said how can I make this right and I proceeded to tell him bring me 3 new pies and takethese. He laughed and said best he can do is 10 percent off my next order

I cross the state line because usually this location makes amazing pizza however last night was a complete fail. The pizza was hot but that's it. The beef had crushed bone in it we found at least 4 pieces, also they used the stem of the green pepper! Astem is woody and inedible, so is bone! Would never return or recommend this location to anyone. Disappointing that such a goodlocation let itself fall so far!
