Waited in a very long line, only to be given cold, hard hash browns, : not good, should have been fresh

Very hit or miss ? don?t expect much and you won?t be disappointed. Except sometimes that means don?t expect coffee, as they?ll refuse to brew it if they feel it won?t be used; don?t expect certain types of donuts, as sometimes they?ll just have a tray of14 old fashioned sitting on the counter and shrug when you ask if they have more; don?t expect speedy service after 10am, asthey seem generally uninterested. But when they?re good, they?re good! And some of the people that work there are as kind as theones who are disinterested are checked out. Always an adventure and a mystery ? will you be disappointed?! Nobody knows. ????

This is a great gas station and Dunkin combo. The cashier's are friendly at both places. The coffee, and the food are always good at Dunkin, and it's convenient location in-between Victor and Canandaigua there open until 10 pm.

Absolutely terrible and unacceptable service. i waited at the counter for around five/six minutes while the employees where in the back corner laughing and giggling. very unprofessional. if you are not willing to do you job then quit. they saw i waswaiting there and continued to ignore me.

Open ? 1PM: Impeccable service. Fast, responsive, and friendly service. 10/10, would definitely recommend. 1PM ? Close: Adequate service. Slow, lacking moderation, mediocre guest satisfaction. 5/10, might suggest.
