Had a wonderful date night here, we dined at the bar on a busy friday night. Derek took care of us and he was absolutely wonderful. So personable and friendly, And very knowledgeable with the specials and menu. Food was delicious, I was really looking forward to the Butter scotch Creme brulee which was absolutely Delicious!! Cozy upscale restaurant with a delicious menu!

I have a dairy allergy. When I let my waiter know, he told me there was nothing on the menu that didn't have dairy and no substitutions could be made. The only item was a salad, the size of which was definitively a side salad. I left hungry. I was very disappointed. My husband ordered the fried chicken and really enjoyed it. The drinks were also very tasty. I was just extremely disappointed that the restaurant could not make anything without butter or cream.

A wonderful restaurant in the heart of Ballston Spa. The restaurant has an intimate atmosphere, friendly staff and the impeccable food. The Next Door has a very extensive liquor selection. I will definitely return when in the area.

Came to celebrate 35th wedding anniversary. Waited for twenty minutes for server to acknowledge us. All the other tables around us were receiving drinks, appetizers etc.Ruined the evening. Not sure we will return.
