I think I can say that this is Villabate's best pizza. Long leavening and ripening, cooking in wood oven (a component that, for me, makes the difference when it comes to pizzas) always fresh ingredients and never acid tomato: are the elements that make it the best and most digestible among the many tried in Villabate.
