Ralphs Fresh Fare - Villa Park

Terrible deli service. The employees seem so unhappy.

Not so good service today. New lady at the self checkout. She spoke very little, and when she did speak, she was very rude; The self checkout register prompted me to give my coupons to the attendant. The attendant was busy chatting with someone. So I waited and after 5 minutes, I went directly up to her to hand her the coupons. She responded very rudely stating that she was aware and that’s why she’s about to come over to help me. She scanned her employee card and she proceeded to walk back to her station without even bothering to tell me that she already cleared the problemA minute later, the register popped up with another message asking for the attendant. She came back and rudely commented that she already finished helping me the first time and all I needed to do was pay for my items, making me feel very littlePlease have better communication next time and be more friendly. I went into the store happy, but left the store in a bad mood.

Their employees are helpful and friendly. They had everything I wanted and their prices are ok.

Highly Recommend Best ' Fresh Fare ' around... total . Gotta luv Villa Park...hav the special Select store. Wonderful staff more everything, better quality options, fruits Vegetables r incredibly fresh crisp. Full Bakery/ Pastry Full deli Full flower shop Real butcher high quality seafood. The staff has outstanding customer service. Worth the extra____; Seriously imho

Love coming here to shop always clean well stocked family friendly great prices.....
