I only ordered 3 elotes and 3 sangria paradas, but they were really delicious and budget-friendly!

When I walked in, a woman with dyed blonde hair and a man were staring at me as if I didn’t belong there. I felt unwelcome right from the start. The woman seemed a bit off and told me she would be charging me an extra $2. When I asked why, she didn’t give a proper explanation but just said "because" as she stared directly into my eyes. I laughed nervously and said okay, but then she moved to the other side of the store without acknowledging me further. I think it's pretty frustrating that they don't inform customers about additional charges before serving them. She didn’t even ask if I wanted to order something else to avoid the fee; she just insisted on charging me the extra amount. I usually don’t waste my time writing reviews, but this place really deserves it. It's disappointing that this is the nearest paleteria to me, but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere.

Fresas con cremas for $7.99 extra because I wanted granola. I ordered this every morning. I bought two for $6.00 each. I could go to Jewel and buy a box with 8 to 10 servings for less. In total, I ended up paying $14.00, which is way too expensive, and the place seems to have a problem attracting customers.
