Taco Bell - Villa Heights

Came into the store and ordered 12 tacos to go. The order board says 12 taco supremes which comes with hamburger, cheese, lettuce, tomato and sour cream. I asked for no sour cream on all 12 tacos. When I got home I found that no sour cream had been added but that a surcharge of $7.60 had been added to the bill for an upcharge of tomato. This is outrageous and I fault myself for not looking at the receipt and questioning the cashier about the upcharge. I don't thimk I'll be back. A true waste of money.

First the guy took my order had a dirty nose and the tacos wasn't any good the best thing was the chips and cheese

Nasty, always messing up my order, spent over $60 for my family of 5 and was very displeased every other taco bell has done better and I used to work for a taco bell. Need better standards. Hardly any meat in the burrito or tacos everything is dry might as well have been just a tortilla

Best Taco Bell I have had in a long time nice people good service good food

The Chalupa shells weren't as fresh as they could be. All other ingredients were great. The fiesta potatoes were delicious as always.
