Restaurante Carnes y Olivas

This may be the worst food I have eaten in Colombia, boiled meat was very hard. For 30k COP you would expect more, but maybe we were spoiled by the many good restaurants in VdL and beyond. Also, waitress didn't check on us, and flag them down didn't work because she only talked to the other staff. Removal

Typical and exquisite cuisine, excellent preparation . Beautiful, clean and cozy environment. The best service in the city. You will also enjoy the decoration.

Visits during our day trip to Villa dear Leyva during the trip to Colombia. I had the red snapper and my partner had to salmonen. Both were delicious and cheap. We had a Chilean wine that was also delicious. There are mainly only pizzerias and Hamburger places in the city, so this was a refreshing change

Enjoyed lunch here because our guide recommended. Although restaurant was empty when we arrived, it filled up quickly with friendly, welcoming Colombians. Food was more typico tasty but not outstanding. The menu is enormous and location very convenient to main square.

The best picada I ever eat, a combination of beef, pork, chicken,plantain ,yuca (cassava) vegetables and on top bollo de mazorca . A great variety of wines from the Marquez Villa de Leyva, people really friendly the chef amazing, the ambience very invítate. If you are around us the place to go.
