After our hosts built up this very authentic Portuguese style pub we were expecting to be awed by the food and experience of eating in such a traditional restaurant. We weren’t. It’s possible that we went at an off time and they weren’t at their best but we were not all that excited by the tiny amount of presunto served on such a massive doughy roll. The saving graces were the cold beer and cheap prices. The atmosphere was quite blah also. With all the choices in VDC you can do much better than this for a lunch.
It's an important part of my Curtas routine. The sandes de presunto, sandes de leitão and croquete are my favourite. Fresh beer and fado in the afternoon. The perfect spot for those in search of typical comfort food.
Local muy original con una decoración muy chula y vistosa. Una cerveza 1.5 euros, ya no hay muchos sitios así. No comimos nada así que no puedo valorar, aunque los bocatas que había expuestos tenían un pinta fenómena.
