We made the tasting menu with 6 courses plus 3 welcome entrées. Intense and decisive flavors We loved everything, especially risotto of spinach butter and egg with shiitake mushrooms I would be curious to return to try the menu with the great classic Council of Berlucchi 2009 Cuvée des Jeunes N.5 in combination, for us it was a winning choice as sparkling of a certain persistence and complexity able to keep the dishes more elaborate
