Nice little clean vegetarian/ vegan restaurant and cafe. They offer an all you can eat buffet Lao style including some desserts. Going there for ages, and the food quality and taste is quite consistent. They also sell some produce if you are staying in Vientiane and need some ingredients to cook by yourself. Friendly staff. Recommended!
Great little vegan buffet with about 8-10 options including make-it-yourself noodle soup, lots of sauces to add, plenty of Laotian specialties, and a few sweet dessert soups. Costs 25,000 kip and seems to only be open for lunch? Maybe breakfast as well... Nice place. Popular with locals on their lunchbreak. Give it a try!
Nice food. Not much English is spoken making it a odd experience. We believed it to be all you can eat. Overall, pleasant fulfilling food that doesn't break the wallet.
The Buddhist Vegetarian Buffet at lunchtime is a great option. The prices are reasonable and they offer 8-10 Lao and Vietnamese style vegan dishes, including Khao Boon and dessert. It opens at 11am, but if you want to make sure you get the best selection, you should arrive at 11:01am to beat the local rush. This place is particularly popular from June to October during Buddhist lent when many people choose to follow a meat and alcohol-free lifestyle.
