I ordered a grapefruit juice, I asked pink . The waiter understood big and he charged me twice the price, mistake which I discovered only after having asked the bill. I tried to clarify and the only thing he could keep saying was I totally agree with you , however, as the order was already in the system he could not change it, otherwise he would have to pay from his pocket. End of the story? I had to pay from mine! € 7.20 for a grapefruit juice...
It was the worst burger I have ever eaten in my live. I don't know why the kitchen is offering a dish they are not able to cook properly. I'm very very disappointed. The beer wasn't good either. For food and drinks I cannot recommend this location. Br
We paid 25 euros per person for nothing: we booked for a Group of 30 people and there was only one tortilla per person and nothing to drink. I was shoked. Worst service, worst food, worst quality price ratio. Please run away !!!
I must admit, I had read the mixed reviews of Manolos on TA and was a bit concerned when I was scheduled to go there for a friend's birthday dinner but it all turned out well. Food and drinks were good, and it was a fun and enjoyable evening. It did start a bit awkwardly as even though my friend had booked a table for 12 they had us started in a very tight table for 10 while a party of 5 6 people finished up. This is very unusual for Vienna, where tables usually sit vacant for hours ahead of reservations or else seated parties are told they have to leave by a certain time. Anyway, we did get to move to the larger table after 15 minutes or so but it was a bit of a production. Staff couldn't have been nicer though, very friendly and bringing lots of complimentary drinks for the birthday girl as well as the entire table. Service was a bit forgetful, with a couple friends having to order drinks multiple times as they were forgotten, but eventually everyone got everything and the food and appetizers were quite good (we are American so we have fairly high standards for Mexican/Latin American food). The atmosphere was lively and fun by the time we left around midnight it was full, with a crowded bar scene and great selection of Latin music ranging from Latin pop to salsa, bachata, etc. We were disappointed, however, that there weren't many people dancing. There is a small dance floor but everyone was jugs kind of standing around. Anyway it was great fun for a festive dinner.
