Panini Market - Vienna

I can't believe this is the fourth time it's happened! Right now, it's 8:38 AM on Friday, September 17, 2021, and the store is still not open, even though it says it should be. I'm really frustrated with this.

I ordered the chicken panini, but what I received was something different. I'm not sure if they ran out of bread or if this is the standard presentation, but it seems they used pizza dough for the panini. It doesn't taste bad; it's just not what I was expecting. On the bright side, their fries are delicious! I'll give them another shot.

I placed an order online for takeout to pick up at 6:25 PM. I arrived at 6:30 PM, but the restaurant was locked, even though the sign indicated it was open until 7 PM on Sundays. I was charged for my order, and I will update this review if I receive a refund.

Wow! This was my first time ordering, and I got the turkey panini with a side salad. I wasn't expecting it to be this deluxe and delicious! The prices are very affordable, and the taste is amazing. The shop is small and adorable, and the staff at the front counter are super friendly. I will definitely be eating here again!

Phone number on website is never answered and the answering machine sounds like a personal residence. This restaurant has also been removed from Doordash, likely for poor customer service. Never even got to taste the food. Really screwy place.
