Mcdonald's - Vienna

When my daughter went to refill our drinks, Naomi offered assistance as well. They not only brought us our food but also provided an extra toy for the baby since he didn’t order a Happy Meal. The staff kept our area clean and engaged in friendly conversation, even asking if the little ones could have a baby ice cream cone when they were done. As my daughter remarked, we couldn't believe how incredibly nice they were—going above and beyond their duties. Honestly, I’ve never felt so well treated, even at a high-end restaurant. We made sure to inform the manager about the wonderful service, and they were more than happy to provide us with a copy of our receipt since we had accidentally discarded the first one. Kudos to the Vienna McDonald's and especially to Gary and Naomi! They truly set a high standard, and I hope other franchises follow their lead. Thank you!

This is a fantastic and welcoming place to work. The team consists of friendly and wonderful individuals. While things can get a bit hectic at times and not everything goes perfectly, everyone puts in their best effort to make sure that, despite occasional challenges, our customers leave satisfied. Whenever issues arise, we do our utmost to resolve them.
