Customer service was amazing!! The free boba promotion was very kind and great surprise! I appreciated the owner and staffs friendly attitude!

Box’d Kitchen reopened with a new owner and new employees. Food is greater than before, and bubble tea is amazing. I read a lot of bad comments about the previous owner and his customer service. Now, you do not have to worry about hurting your feelings. The new owner was very kind and nice, so I felt very welcomed. The food tastes pretty and has enough meat, rice, and salad. I will definitely come back to try other menus soon. If you come to the Mosaic District area, this is the place you want to come to enjoy your meal and drink.

This place seems to be open again! I had it delivered through DoorDash. Service seems better (prior to their hiatus it was the single biggest problem with the place and was offsetting the very high quality of food).It was very fast and food arrived hot and they paid attention to details (gave the extra sauces I ordered and included napkins and utensils which wasn’t always the case before their hiatus).However, the food seems a little different. Hot sauce wasn’t as hot or as thick as it used to be. White sauce was more of a definite tsatsiki than before (something was different, though the tsatsiki was objectively very good). The lamb gyro wasn’t as crisped and flavorful as it used to be and the rice was slightly drier than before.I’m hoping these are just reopening pains and that it goes back to the level of tastiness of before. But the service improvement is enough that I’m definitely going to give them another chance. Very excited to see them back in business!

This restaurant is permanently closed. there are no signs informing of this on the restaurant, but it is now always closed during working hours with lights off and a gentle layer of dust building. RIP i went to this place when i was too lazy to go to halal guys

I loved the food here but the customer service has been poor. Apparently, the restaurant has closed. An ongoing problem was that the restaurant kept erratic hours. Delivery through Door Dash seemed to be either very quick or very slow or my orders were canceled because the restaurant was actually closed.I am very disappointed to see this restaurant close because IMO, it offered the best value on DoorDash. The Steak over Rice was consistently delicious and extremely reasonably priced. I ordered from this restaurant frequently and was never disappointed with the quality of the food.Vegetarian options: I loved the Steak over Rice but my wife raved about the Falafel over Rice.
