But what 's going on,?????accustomed to this place we are really disappointed with a two-hour wait to come and tell us I 'm alone in the kitchen , you have to know that the customer must not bear a lack recruitment or other, no empathy from management, it 's the last time, in addition disappointed by the plate ..... Too bad the little waitresses are adorable Food: 2
I rarely leave negative reviews, but there, the experience was truly worthy of a sketch. We booked on August 3 for a party of 8, for my birthday. I give 1 star for the tapas, which were good, and for our waiter, the only kind and polite member of staff. For the rest, a lot of things were wrong: 3 people from the group had come especially for the prawns. When ordering, we are told that there are no more. Disappointment, therefore, when we had booked. 3 other people (including me) were vegetarians. We ordered the coral lentil dahl, the only vegetarian dish on the menu. We are then told that the kitchen has run out of rice, and can therefore no longer prepare dahl. We had to fall back on tapas. The service was extremely long. People who arrived well after us were served before (and therefore were able to have the dahl). The chicken and beef ordered by 4 of us was burnt (really black coal on the outside). We noticed this when the dishes were brought to us, to which we were curtly retorted: it 's normal, it 's grilled meat . Portions of fries were ridiculously small. We assumed they didn 't have enough either and just spread what was left on our plates. No gesture was offered to us when we reported these inconveniences. Additional point, which does not concern us directly, but which shocked us: when we were paid, it started to rain. The staff near the bar then began to sneer, pointing to people seated in a place not sheltered from the rain, wondering well why they are not going to take shelter . We were the ones who had to tell them that one of the members of this group was in a wheelchair and that they surely needed help... A little earlier, we were also the ones who had to offer them take our table because it was the only one accessible for people with reduced mobility. In summary, we all left disappointed with this meal (one of us was even still hungry and went back to eat at home).
