I have been here twice for dinner on the first night we had the t bone for 2 , and was the best meat I have ever had , cooked to perfection , and the garnish we 're brilliant. The desert was this homemade leite creme was to die for, that paired with the brilliant red green wine is perfect. On the second night I had to go for the cod fish , and was simply the best codfish i have ever had, cooked to perfection and the greens are brilliantly cooked . The wine oohh the wine , if you like wine you have to taste this wine. The deserts are simply beautiful well done simple and tasty and the finish the meal perfectly. Mr Ricardo marques is possibly one of the best people I have met , he likes to speak he is a communicator, and he just likes to see people eat his wonderful food. If you ever go in range of adelaid just make the detour to go there because it will be worth it . Estive a sorte de encontrar este restaurante na minha visita ao gerês. E e possivelmente o melhor restaurante onde já estive . A comida e brilhante , comi a costeleta de vitela e e possivelmente a melhor carne que alguma vez comi. Na segunda noite comi o bacalhau e superou as minhas espectativas e simplesmente o melhor bacalhau que comi. As sobremesas são uma locura o leite creme queimado com o vinho verde tinto são a combinação perfeita os cones de doce são magníficos . O vinho o vinho e toda.uma review por si só são fantásticos nem sabia que seria possível ter tão bom vinho , peçam os vinhos da casa e não saíram desapontados .. muito pelo contrário. O senhor Ricardo Marques e super acessível e super simpático, nasceu para estar com pessoas, e nunca tive um atendimento tão bim. Se estiverem a menos de 200km daqui vale cada kilometro

Great food, great service, I took the bacalahau and it was the best one I got during my 3 weeks vacation in Portugal

Entrámos por acaso. E em boa hora o fizémos. É acolhedor, de gentes simpáticas e a refeição foi maravilhosa.

Didn’t intend to attend this place, with so many other recommendations nearby, but got to go there after spotting the lights on while passing by. Unpretentious but nicely cared spot, with cloth napkins, not too many choices on the menu… and then the grilled meat “costeleta de vitela” : tasty as I never tasted before, and tender as if it was oven cooked. Obvious result of exceptional quality and expert care. As expected in a family restaurant, the cook came to meet us and to be sure if everything was ok… but already found us speechless. The dessert kept the promise of the main dish “leite creme” . We shall be back and make surely advise all our friends to try it when in the neighborhood. As we hope to be doing with this review… because it deserves!
