Sometimes, we are greeted warmly, and other times, the welcome is less than inviting. We typically go during off-peak hours, but even then, we often find ourselves waiting only to receive an incorrect order. It seems like we only get it right on rare occasions. I really love Whataburger, but this particular one just doesn’t meet my expectations.
The food was hot and fresh, just as we requested. However, we ordered three large meals but only received two large and one medium meal. Additionally, we asked for three different types of drinks, but they did not provide what we requested.
I had the quickest drive-thru experience at a Whataburger in years. The staff was very friendly! Their fast service elevated this typical fast food spot from a 3-star to a 4-star rating!
I also forgot just how expensive this place is for fast food. If I'm spending nearly $30 on two meals, I expect to receive every single item I ordered. Additionally, if you're offering curbside pickup for online orders, you really need designated parking spots or clear instructions for what to do when I arrive. Should I just find a random parking spot? Am I meant to wait in the drive-thru line? Is there a need to call upon arrival? Unlike other restaurant apps, there’s no way to check in online. Overall, this experience was quite frustrating.
This is a fantastic restaurant with delicious food! However, they didn't have the milkshake I was hoping for. The lady there assumed I was a local and offered to let me come back tomorrow to get it, but I mentioned that I live 360 miles away, so that really wouldn’t be feasible for me.
