Steak 'n Shake - Victorville

Some good some not good. 1. Good tasting burgers/ chicken fingers 2. Good seasoning and flavors. 3. Cool employees and friendly 4. Good prices Not good 1. Cold fries 2. Smaller burgers 3. Grilled cheese taste was bad 4. Menu has beef burgers and chicken fingers/grilled cheese. That's pretty much it. Over all they're ok. I'd go back and just check for cold fries and avoid the grilled cheese.

Went to the drive through at 7pm and the restaurant was already closed. Luckily Chik-fil-a is next door with the drive through lined up all the way out into the street. Now it all make sense.

Food was great! It was kinda like a dine in in n out experience. But the customer service was just extremely bad.....the guy snatched the money from my hand when I was still counting. They had like 6 employees at the time at still our food came to us extremely slow... wouldn't go back to this restaurant.

Excellent service. They were under stuffed and we had to wait a while, but the manager explained the situation, apologized and gave us a free milkshake. We were frustrated, but she had the best attitude. Great service!!!!

I had not been to Steak 'n Shake since before I moved to California in 1997. I 'll be back for sure.
