Carl's Jr. - Victorville

I love Carl's Jr and always have. I have never had a bad meal or experience at any Carl's. I have always found them to be clean with a nice helpful staff and if there is a line the wait time is minimal. The hamburgers are large with a good selection andreasonably priced.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. They messed up my order not once, but twice, despite me clearly stating what I wanted each time. When I pointed it out, they checked my order against what I had asked for, even though I haven't eaten what they served me in 50 years! We were extremely frustrated when we left. I should have returned the order and asked for a refund instead.

The hamburgers are excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. The staff seems reluctant to serve you, almost as if they're expecting you to ask for credit or as if they own the place.

The hand-breaded items at this location are consistently poor, and the restaurant is often locked during business hours. I've raised these concerns with corporate management.

Burgers are never hot, their like eating a left over burger warmed up, at least the criss cut fries are hot and the chicken sandwich is ok
