Customer service in the restaurant was good, our servers were friendly and welcoming. All the items we ordered were delicious. I was a little busy in the restaurant, but a majority of the restaurants in this area are and it was definitely worth waiting. Would come back!

I never had a problem with this place. Eat great. Service is great. It's always packed because they're great. My review is based on not only a visit, but dozens of visits from the past. You know how to work as a team and the standard of customer support is always kept high.

Sonia/Sonya (sorry I don't know how to write it) was absolutely amazing! My best friend, Dad and I visited Victoria for a day trip from Vancouver/Toronto and they made the dining area of our Victoria trip so wonderful. The food was also amazing, but her service and little conversation is what made it even better. Thanks for a great visit!

Super yummy food! I loved the butchers block burger. Crispy and tasty, not too messy. I upgraded to yam fries. We also got the southwest bowl which was good! The desserts were ok but not the best. The one thing is, it wasn’t busy or anything but I felt the service was very slow. Took a long time for them to come around to us. But the food is great ! The patio portion is heated and enclosed which is cool.
