Poor service.I made a pick up order and when I stepped into the store there wasn't a simple greeting.They didn't ask how can they help me but just ignore a person standing there.When I gave them my ordrr number there was also no reply.Nothing!There was no word from them during the whole process.They just keep quiet and wait for me to ask.

Usually love this place, but I had bought a slush with tapioca today. I was pretty disappointed as I couldn’t drink it because all the ice couldn’t fit through the straw.

Tried their recommended signature drink. Not for me, threw it out. I mixed it with a straw, but maybe, I had to shake it vigorously? Felt like it was not mixed and some sips felt like I was drinking cold cream others like plain milk. I just see everyone liking it, but want to warn that if you are not a regular milk drinker. It won’t be for you. Try a fruit one instead maybe?

I asked for a warm SIGNSTURE BROWN SUGAR MILK TEA drink and was served the same as cold drink without ice.I always drink bubble tea of this brand from Vancouver. Never had a bad experience there.Just make sure your order is well understood or you would be disappointed like me.Also, the store was smelly.Dietary restrictions: Got mine wij oat milk
