Vietnam Garden Restaurant - Victoria

Count me lucky because I live nearby and can drop into the Vietnam Garden any time I like. I often have the Tom Yum soup with prawns, but other dishes I've tried have been equally good. I always bring visitors here to sample Chef Ken's wonderful food and the gracious hospitality he offers with his staff and family. Well worth the short trip from wherever you are in Greater Victoria over the bridge to Esquimalt!

Owner is very nice and the foods are very good:) they serve thai foods, chinese foods and vietnamese foods, price is reasonable.

My husband and I got married and had our reception at this location. Ken (the owner and chef) was Sooo amazing with everyone's allergies, he really went above and beyond our expectations! This restaurant and Ken and his family will always be a favourite place for us to go for a fabulous meal at anytime!

My girlfriend and I have been here a few times. We try to order something new each time and we haven't been disappointed with the food yet. The service on the other hand can be kind of slow, but is always friendly.

So we didn't want to travel far on the snow covered roads. Ken kindly seated us near the back,close to a radiator. Our lunch time specials were delivered in minutes...incredibly fresh, tasty food and lots of piping hot tea. We splurged and ordered the banana fritters for dessert. They came attractively presented with fresh apple slices, mint leaf garnish and caramel sauce over the vanilla ice cream....divine. A real treat.
