Umi Sushi Express - Victoria

Our last afternoon in Vancouver and we wanted something fast and healthy and came across Umi Sushi Express. It seemed like a family business and they constantly produced fresh rolls, I asked for a few rolls they didn't have and made them within minutes. I can't say much more, it was gone sushi, but it was fresh and delicious.

I work in a Japanese restaurant and that's kind of disappointed. The part is small, chicken teriyaki is much too sweet. Give credit for tackiness and service.

Good reliable fast sushi. Great service! Always a smile and fast service. I tend to the simple standards (Kalifornienrolle, Dynamitrolle, etc.).

I usually get the mini-bugo box that comes with a terryaki and veggie tempura. It's good for Mall Food safe and the price is right. But all the extras like hot sauce cost extra. I enjoy it.
