Tim Hortons - Victoria

This location is abysmal, It is usually dirty, staff hover behind the counter,are very disorganized and slow. Sketchy types in at night, loud, swearing and hanging around in the parking lot. Sometimes there are up to 20- 30 people yelling and carrying on in the parking lot. There needs to be a banger on duty making sure the restaurant us cleaned up and the staff get their acts together. Also need some security in the parking lot,

Employee refused to comment on why they did not serve potato wedges after ten. My guess is they ate them all and were too lazy to make new ones. For shame.

Consistently make mistakes; not a clean store; staff spend too much time playing around. Need to put on a more professional appearance. Require a manager or senior supervisor to be visible at all times. There are much nicer and cleaner timmies to visit in the Greater Victoria area.

This place is never slow and always crowded with people.Melissa the manager does an amazing job and I am amazed at how she keeps things organized.

I'll take a Tim Horton's coffee over starbucks any day ! Best place to meet friends for soup & sandwich, or a fresh baked donut with creamy smooth coffee...hot or cold...prices are always affordable at Timmy's....bring the family too !
