It was so good, we had dinner here both nights! We built our own pizza, piling it with delicious options (3 kinds of olives! and although Daiya cheese isn't my favorite, it's nice that they have it. Friendly staff that helped us decide what goodies to load up on the pie, and both the regular sauce and the vegan pesto were very good.
We ordered a vegan pizza with ham and were thoroughly pleased! The staff is friendly and the atmosphere is comfortable. There are also a few other veg options available and vegan desserts too! Worth a visit.
First of all, the service was nice. They listened intently to our orders. Second of all, we ordered three small vegan pizzas that came within 15 minutes. Thirdly, it tasted as expensive as it was. You get what you pay for. It’s worth it when you’re hungry and out late with little to no other vegan/vegetarian options. Over all, I’d say it was a pleasant meal.
The restaurant does not offer homemade cheese, but instead uses Daiya, specifically the cutting board shreds variety. They also have Yves pepperoni, which is a nice option. However, the dough is a bit too bready and sweet, not quite matching well with the acidic tomato base. The overall texture of the pizza is a bit strange. It's possible that the slices made fresh could be different, so it's worth trying again.
I ordered two slices of pre-made pizza from their display case. They warmed it up for me. One slice was the special of the day - vegan pineapple pesto, and the other was a vegan Mediterranean slice. The pineapple slice was my favorite. The pizza was really delicious! It was also quite affordable and very satisfying. I got two slices for $7. They offer a lot of options and the staff were friendly. I will definitely be returning!
