Subway - Victoria

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They attempted to put expired or wilted spinach on my sandwich, and when I requested that they remove it and provide a fresh container, they insisted that it was fresh. Unfortunately, they refused to give me fresh spinach for my sandwich. I left feeling unsatisfied. I urge everyone to ensure that the food safety standards are being upheld at this establishment!

The restaurant was very dirty, with flies landing right in front of me. When I mentioned it to my coworker, they just shrugged and said they still wanted to eat there. Honestly, it was really disgusting, and I wouldn't recommend it.

It's a shame they removed the yoga mats; their subs used to be quite popular!

I had an exceptional experience at the restaurant. The customer service provided by Sher was outstanding. The wrap I tried was not only delicious but also healthy—definitely the best I've had in Victoria. Sher is a real asset to the team. Kudos!

The customer service was great; Aditi took care of me, and the food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly as well. I really enjoyed my experience!
