Pho U - Victoria

My son is a great fan of pork cutlet (Don Katsu). We've tried almost every restaurant on the pork cutlet menu, and Pho U has the best one. Crisp and juicy. The portion is huge. Their Pho is always amazing. Highly recommended!

Been here time and again over the last month. Fantastic. One of the best and most fresh tasting Pho restaurants in the city. I haven't even made it to the Korean dishes yet I'm stuck on the Vermicilli bowls. The quality hasn't dipped at all over time either. Love it.

I've tried vermicelli in several provinces, and this restaurant would have been one of my favorites if it weren't for the spring rolls, which were disappointing. They lacked flavor, and I actually felt nauseated after trying one. However, everything else in the vermicelli was fantastic, especially the meat—it’s the best I've ever had in vermicelli! I highly recommend skipping the spring rolls and opting for two types of meat instead. The service was good, especially since I was the only customer at the time, and the staff was very attentive. Overall, I definitely recommend this place for their vermicelli, although I haven't tried any other dishes.

I always make it a point to visit this diner whenever I'm on the island. The warm atmosphere, welcoming service, and the tasty food with plenty of options are truly impressive. Make sure to try their pho; it will keep you coming back for more!
