When they noticed I was having trouble carrying everything, they quickly stepped in to help and carried my order out to the car in the pouring rain. I typically don't expect exceptional service at fast food restaurants, so this experience really impressed me (enough to write a review, which I rarely do for these types of places). The pizza was delicious and we were pleased with the variety of vegan options available.
I ordered three pizzas from this restaurant yesterday, with one supposed to be gluten-free, but unfortunately it wasn't. However, when I returned today, the staff was amazing. They were very professional and polite, giving me a full refund and apologizing multiple times for the mistake. They acknowledged that there was no excuse for the error and that it was unacceptable. This level of customer service is rare to find nowadays. The staff was wonderful and I will definitely be returning to this restaurant.
I consistently receive excellent service at this restaurant. The only time they made a mistake was during my last visit when I received a Hawaiian dish instead of the tropical chicken I had ordered. However, it was not a significant issue and not worth complaining about.
I placed an order for delivery and was initially told it was available. However, I received a call back 5 minutes later informing me that it was not possible. It seems like there was a miscommunication within Panago that needs to be addressed. Unfortunately, I am unable to reply to the owner's comment. I'm also curious about the incorrect email address provided for me to respond to - was that a typo or from a third party?
I got food poisoning from the pizza I ordered last night.
