Loyaltea - Victoria

This is probably the best bubble Tea shop in Victoria when you think of quality bubble Tea and atmosphere overall.They do not use syrup like a lot of places so you can reduce the amount of sugar being put in. I typically ask 25% sugar. The classic Taro milk Tea is my favorite, but I know a lot of people are getting the brown sugar bubble Tea . Cool hangout place, or date spot ?

I always find myself visiting Loyaltea again, whenever I'm in downtown Victoria, and craving for a drink. This cafe, stands out from other bubble tea shops in downtown Victoria. I like Loyaltea because it has a Loyaltea (pun intended) program where you collect points per purchase, and eventually get to order a free drink. I also like this place for their small merch area, the free board games they provide, and a cute notepad set up for visitors to leave notes for the shop. A bonus is their cup lids also have funny faces on them. Overall, it is a family and kid friendly place here, with a chill vibe, and very pleasant staff. I've been here with my partner, my friends and will likely be going here in the future. I suggest stoppinv by here whenever you get the chance, and enjoy the bubble tea. Truly amazed by the gentleman (Omer) behind the counter. Incredible service!! he had lots of orders and still took the time to make suggestions and answer our questions. He welcomed a group of people right passed closing time because it was their birthday and didn't want to ruin their special night. Service was above and beyond, give him a raise please. Will be coming back just because of service.

Loyaltea is a fun and friendly boba shop with board games and pleasing wall décor. Service is great here; the staff are so friendly and happy to answer any questions. The drinks are decent, but pretty average. We barely got any boba in our drinks, which was a little disappointing. Regardless, I definitely recommend Loyaltea!

We visited this place on Victoria DayGot the Roasted Oolong milk tea with 125% sweetness level I think it wasn’t overly sweet at all and loved it !! Good size of the drink and refreshing !Thank you for the wonderful experience!! Nice chill spot for boba !
