If you happen to visit Guanaco during an event, be prepared for a long line! When it was my turn, their system was efficient and my order was taken quickly. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was lively.

This restaurant serves authentic Salvadoran fast food. It's a bit pricey, with a pupusa, a few small pieces of fried cassava, and a pastelito costing around $12. The curtido (pickled cabbage salad) was the best I've had outside of El Salvador, thanks to a special ingredient that most places leave out - oregano. You can also buy a plate and try a combination of dishes.
