Efes Restaurant - Victoria

This restaurant is extremely unattractive and the staff are aware of it. Let me elaborate. I ordered a chicken shawarma at 5:30 pm on a Friday and the restaurant was completely empty. I paid for the meal and they brought it to me.

I am a fan of Turkish cuisine even though I am not Turkish. I have been to Turkey and tried their authentic dishes, so I am familiar with the flavors.

The meat was tasteless and incredibly disappointing. They charged me extra for pita bread.

I ordered the falafal wrap. The food was good but I was still hungry afterwards. I wouldn't mind paying a few bucks more to not have to worry about eating something else to satisfy the hunger. I found the staff to be friendly.

I ordered a chicken shawarma from Efe's. The service was good and staff seemed very friendly.Food was just OK, nothing special. I have ate better shawarma around the city and it tasted more authentic. I will probably try this place out one more time but order a plate instead of a wrap this time.
