Cosmos Pizza - Victoria

Regular customer of Cosmos Pizza Tillicum for years. I had to phone store manager's cell to say as such that tonites order had only 1 tblsp.sauce, could not see it, no taste, soggy crust!! Never happened before, manager said to order Extra sauce, toldhim will Never order again, so disappointed wasted my $45.00 cannot eat as is. ???? Senior.

WORST DONAIRS IN VICTORIA We ordered two VERY overpriced pizzas and two donairs. Each donair had about 8;pieces of preprocessed Sysco dry garbage meat on them, and a solid two handfuls of lettuce, half a tomato slice and a ton of sub par sauce. What awaste of $20 for their deal . Pizzas were undercooked and not tasty at all. I feel like I should be calling for a refund.Barely one star. Seriously why get into running a pizza business if you can 't make the products? Absolutely not ordering fromhere again.

Ordered 2 for 1 pickup. One was a cheese pepperoni pizza and the other was a taco pizza. Started eating the taco pizza and noticed there was no beef on it. Phoned Cosmos they said bring it back and they will make me a new one. Went down there and said here is the pizza, no beef on it. Owner looked at it and pointed to about 10-tiny specs and said “there beef, here beef, there beef” which looked so small they could be mistaken for ground pepper. There was no discernible beef on that pizza. I said I wasn’t satisfied and either wanted my money back or make me a proper taco pizza with a normal amount of beef on it. Owner refused. He offered me a can of pop in compensation for a pizza that cost over $20. Can u believe it?!?

Why is it that every pizza place that I 've ordered from or eaten at all seem to get their ingredients from the Great Canadian Superstore or Costco ? Every damn pizza tastes exactly the same! Thrown together with huge chunks of uncooked vegetables. Cities like Montreal, Toronto and Ottawa all have fantastic pizza places and no two are alike. But their pizza 's are all amazing. Victoria restaurants are all FAST FOOD junk places that do not care about prep or put any love into their cooking with the exception of The Dog House in Duncan and that 's because the owner is from Montreal. I give up on ordering Pizza in Victoria. Bland, boring and tasteless. I can now add Cosmos to this list of dozens of crappy places.

We always order our pizza from Cosmos. Great food cheese to the crust and great service. They always remember us and what we like.
