Bon Sushi 2 - Victoria

My family and I where looking for a quick meal before heading to a swim meet, we dropped in, looking for pre made sushi. This company does not make pre made sushi, but! One of the employees, says she can have sushi made in 2 minutes, I did not believe her, but she proved me wrong! Sushi for four in 2 minutes, i was very impressed. The food was pretty good, standard sushi joint, but the service was beyond excellent.

Best deep fried Cali roll! Plus the sunomono salad is spot on. Will forever be one of my favorites.

The service at the restaurant was disappointing as the waitress seemed indifferent and not very attentive. They were not accommodating when it came to special requests like dietary restrictions or portion sizes, even if offered to pay extra. Overall, the dining experience was subpar considering the high price range of $40-50 per person for dinner.
