I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. The staff seemed disinterested in actually reviewing my identification and aggressively insisted that I turn it around for scanning. They claim they need to scan IDs to verify their legitimacy, but even when presented with multiple government-issued IDs, they refuse to consider them. Instead, they maintain that they can't serve anyone needing ID without scanning it. When I inquired about this policy, I was told to take my business elsewhere, which is quite poor customer service from Laura, the manager. Even if this is their policy, they should address their coworker Chris and ask her to tone down her aggressive demeanor. Such behavior is especially disappointing in a place that seems otherwise focused on customer service. Overall, it left a negative impression.

I visited this store to purchase a SpeakOut SIM card. The cashier charged my card $56 and handed me a receipt, but when I asked where the SIM card was, she looked confused, shrugged her shoulders, and refused to refund my money. I was told to return when the manager was in, but I felt foolish for coming back only to be left without answers. I feel a bit uneasy about the situation; I spent $100 and still cannot make a call. What exactly did I pay for?

711 is one of the worst places I've encountered. I witnessed someone blowing their nose right next to the food area while I was trying to enjoy my coffee and ended up coughing. When I pointed it out to someone, they just laughed it off. The area around the trash cans is filthy—it looks like a dumping ground that no one bothers to clean up. There’s a pile of trash that’s been sitting in the corner for two weeks, and it’s mostly Nacho cheese and chili. It’s definitely not a place I would recommend if you want to avoid food poisoning.

This place is never open. they have just placed a piece of paper that says back at 6 o'clock or whenever they feel like that. that's every night, but not regular. sometimes they close at 9 or whenever and are open at 11:15 as today. the internet says it is more business than usual, but that is a lie that it is not even open. I was just there. there is no way to say when they decide to close, so most of the time I was was wasting my time to see if they are open or not and need to go empty to home. really respectless for the customers. I wish this load would be permanently closed so that a new load would be opened with competent management instead. I can see the hired ones when I come by because I don't. I also wrote to the office and there were no measures, so it won't change. please close this load permanently. that is a waste of a place

Everytime they make me repeat twice purposely ..whats that hard to understand 20 buck regular? They should change all the staff there
