A nice 5 star overall. Starting from Giulia 's welcome which immediately made us feel like we were on holiday and as if we had known each other for a long time. We noticed a lot of attention to the situations of the room manager (Domenico) and the hotel manager. Our room was basically a studio with two rooms and a comfortable bathroom. All the staff were very welcoming and courteous. Upon arrival, welcome kit with 2 very convenient water bottles for taking all-inclusive drinks to the beach and out and about. Upon departure, souvenir pins with the hotel logo. Breakfast, lunch and dinner managed as self-service all you can eat. Good quality. Bike rental with the first 2 hours free but very flexible. Ice cream cake service for birthdays with song and candle, they rely on the best pure and organic ice cream shop on the Riviera. Truly excellent! Having arrived on Saturday after lunch they made us recover the meal upon departure... but who gives you such a service? Thanks again and we hope to be back next year. One of the best holidays in Romagna! Absolute ALL Inclusive service! Drinks of all kinds (wines and beer included) not only at lunch and dinner, but also on the beach all day long! And the granitas, unlimited! The hotel service was impeccable. A special thanks to Domenico, who orchestrated everything in the dining room very well and to Ines, who was also impeccable in organizing the beach and the bar. The animation with the Prometheus boys managed to make us spend unforgettable days with games and sympathy. A special thank you to Alessandro, Angelica, Azzurra, Luigi with whom we bonded the most, but to all the staff who really worked hard to make us have a memorable week! The guys at the reception, who welcomed us as if we've known each other forever, without ever sinning in their professionalism. Possibly, by bike (which the hotel provides) you can go to Milano Marittima or Cervia, with a 15 minute ride. Safety: Hotel manned 24 hours a day Walkability: from the Hotel to the beach (dedicated only to Hotel guests) is 20 m Food drinks: From breakfast to dinner, varied with meat and fish, all buffet style. Dispenser of drinks including beer, white and red wine, cola, orange soda, soda and various types of juices. All Inclusive 24 hours a day for drinks and granitas on the beach (on the beach only from 9.00 to 19.00) but if you get thirsty in the evening, just go to the HALL and drink what you want! Noteworthy details: Follow the entertainment games if you want it to be a complete holiday!

I spent 2 weeks with my family at the Mediterranean hotel, and in general we had a good time!! A good team in the restaurant led by the very good Domenico, even if the cuisine was varied but repetitive, the lift would have been needs to be changed because it is not at all up to standard, the rooms should be modernized because the 5 of us were cramped, the beach service was quite good thanks to the manager Ines and her staff, the entertainment did not excite us too much and we felt the lack of the legendary Steve live show!!
