Waterview Casino - Vicksburg

We have not been to the hotel part, but we come to the casino once in awhile. Hands down, the best casino in Vicksburg! Customer service is immpeccable, they have cocktail servers all the time, payouts from machines are great, smells clean, music is awesome, atmosphere upbeat. Can I say anything more? We are glad to call Waterview our home.

Very nice place and located right on the Mississippi River! Our room had a balcony and it was a large space with sofa! 2 minute walk to the casino and parking was very close to the hotel! Check in and out was very easy! Room was very clean! I definitely will be back!

I went on a day trip along with some family. The slots were giving decent playback and they have many new slots to choose from. Because I'm having back pain issues I sent my sister to cash in my money tickets because the cash ticket dispenser closer to me was out of service. Sheput one ticket in snd it displayed the dollar amount. When she added another ticket it did not add that amount to the first ticket. She asked for technical assistance but the worker couldn't find the ticket inside of the dispenser and it took about a 45 minute wait. She was told that the next morning she would receive a call about the issue. When they called they said there was no overage so I'm $48 short. I will definitely stay away from that casino for a while even though I love visiting there. The one star is for tech services that incident.

Staff very accommodating and friendly. Kept their cool when power went out during a tornado warning but didn't go room to room on upper floors to warn guests and assist to lower ground which I found odd. Really nice hotel all the same and the casino is pretty nice too.Rooms: 5/5

Me and my husband just stop to sleep one night, we were so tired, went to the casino just for one hour. We order some food at the only restaurant with a very rude lady on the register, I can’t believe we had to wait 40 min for our food and by the time we get it it was so disgusting. My onion ring were full of oil and not crispy at all, finally we went to sleep at 11pm, I was so mad our neighbors were very noisy they had the tv on so loud till 3am. Bathroom are so old, caffe maker inside of bathroom LOL, spiders in the bathroom and very noisy mattress. I don’t recommend this hotel I’m sorryRooms: Horrible ?
