Super comfortable bed. No bedbugs. The room I was in, I could hear music from outside. Didn't bother me much, but maybe some.
Great place! Hotel room was nice and clean! Restaurant, bar and grill! Has a great arcade!! Food was great, service was excellent and this place is great for family and just a short holiday! Great resort style for this area!
The atmosphere was great. my family and I had a wonderful meal and had an explosion in the play area. can't wait to go back!
SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! This hotel seems to have undergone renovations by simply repainting the walls. During our stay in August, I encountered an issue and requested to speak with a manager, who was unavailable. Despite calling multiple times and leaving messages, I have yet to receive a response. According to their website, the hotel offers "an authentic island-inspired experience" with a "charming outdoor swimming pool" and a wide range of amenities aimed at providing high-quality hospitality and service. The 117-room hotel is touted as the perfect place for guests to unwind and escape from everyday life, offering a unique “no worries” tropical atmosphere. However, our experience felt more like a freshly painted roadside motel with poor service. To top it off, we had no hot running water in our room. Thanks for never returning my calls.
