The blue cheese dressing didn’t taste fresh, and overall, I felt like I didn't get my money's worth. The only redeeming aspect of my meal was that the chicken was cooked to perfection.
We have eaten several times at klondyke’s resturant. the steaks and loaded kartoffels are excellent and excellent. the catfish with crust sauce overlaid is the best they can get. fried green tomats are the best we ever had and all a fraction of the prices they pay in other restaurants. they eat there and they will love it. happy hour is 3 to 7. I can't beat that we want to eat more there.
The Klondyke trading post was established in 1896 by a would be gold rush prospector.
Okay, so I ordered a Grilled Chicken Salad. Sounded good enough, the problem was, there was barley half a salad in the foam tray. I paid 12 dollars for maybe two palm-fulls of lettuce, cheese, and maybe 6 small pieces of chicken. The 1/2 pound steaks are 10 dollars for crying out load, I just paid over that for majority lettuce. Was honestly not satisfied, my lettuce was brown and rotting on a few of the ends which is okay, I can just pick it off (which I did), the blue cheese didn't taste like it was fresh, and I didn't feel like I got what I paid for. The only good thing that came from my purchase was the chicken was cooked to a perfection.
