Przekaż informację zwrotnąI ordered a DQ cake online with a pickup time after 1100 am. When I went to pick the cake up at 1200 pm it was not ready. This is not the first time this has happened. While I waited to get the cake, I asked the person why this is a repeat issue and he said the person responsible for getting the order from the computer doesn't always pull the orders and post them. When they brought the cake out, it was not the cake I ordered. I told the lady and it was evidence she did not read the entire order. She also said they don't get the cake ready until it is paid for. The DQ website does not let you pay online. So ordering ahead only causes problems which the local DQ personnel could care less about.
What an absolutely awful experience. Upon entering, the cashier didn't greet us and literally stood behind the counter leaning against the wall, staring blankly at us. He messed up the toppings on 4 of our items. The food took 20 minutes to come up. The burger patties were cold, hard, and dry, fries rubbery, and the pretzels were cold, saturated with oil, and not served with the cheese sauce. Once we got the cheese sauce, it was the consistency and color of construction adhesive. We ordered blizzards with chocolate ice cream, and they were made with vanilla.The bathrooms were out of paper towels and soap. The hand sanitizer dispenser by the entry was empty.The only thing that was eaten in its entirety was the cheese curds. They were hot and delicious.We spent $50 for lunch and left hungry. This is the worst fast food experience I have had in my entire life. There aren't enough words to express how bad this was.
February 10 2024 at 4 pm the girl at the drive thru is rude and racist. Can't be bothered attitude as well. Food was old and cold. Nasty
Not only did we enjoy our meal, but one of the employees went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. From leaving his break time, he held the doors for my niece and I while my husband parked the car. He asked how our meal was, and if we would like dessert, he also made a special treat for my niece when we told him her birthday was the next day! That made her day! Then as we were going out to our car, he held the door for us again. Thank you Quinton for brightening our day!
The lady Demetrius that worked the drive thru was really rude, get to the window and they got our order wrong, then don't hang white gravy which we asked for, get home and all the food is
