Braseria Carbo - Vic

Good option to taste Catalan food in Vic. The place is really nice and the staff is kind. In our opinion is a little bit overpriced. You can find better places with similar price. Nevertheless is an acceptable choice to have lunch in turn, and don't forget to visit their shop to buy typical sausages and cheese from the region.

Carbó Fussimanya is a restaurant located in the center of Vic, a town in the center of Catalonia. Here you can taste local products, especially local cured sausages and cheeses, which we (and my daughter) tasted. also we shared cured ham croquettes and I ate a hamburger with paté as second dish. We also shared a bottle of red wine called Llàgrimes de Tardor from D.O. Terra Alta, which was good. Very nice place and very nice stone building and furniture.

Went for lunch recently with my wife. The place is really nice and big! but if you are going to Vic in a high season or festival dates I suggest you to make a reservation, we did not have one but being 2 only they were able to squeeze us. Had the steak (solomillo) as main and it was awesome! it was a big piece of meat cooked as I asked and really tasty! the portion was nice and big not small like other places. Definitely a 10/10. We also had to share the cheese plate which was good too. Staff is really nice. Price is good to.

El menjar esta força bo, alguns plats son molt bons i altres coses podrien estar més ben treballades. El cap de sala es bastant desagradable pero la cambrera molt simpatica

Buen sitio para comer un fin de semana , la única cosa negativa un camarero muy basto y borde el resto de personal muy correcto.
